EPSO COMPETITIONS

Hello everybody,

I have an issue with my EPSO account. It´s been a lot since I last used it and now I don´t have access to it. As I saw in the FAQ, it was probably deleted, so I created a new one but I don´t have access neither to the new one. 

I would like to apply for a competition and I can´t if I don´t have an account. 

Any idea of what can I do?

I have already contacted EPSO but no answer so far.

Do you know if there is a contact number to call?

Hi,

I'm considering applying to all the above competitions. Is it possible? Is it advisable? I only recently learned about this opportunity and well... I like it, and would like to succeed! But would registering in all competitions be somehow seen as a problem? 

Related question: the best EU Training package to prepare for all three competitions is the same, right?

it is the first time that I apply for this and am not sure about the type of documents that I should provide to demonstrate the professional experience. I have been doing research in various places, but I am puzzled about what should I ask for to demonstrate the activities done there. Perhaps someone with more experience can help me with this.

Hi, I am considering applying to the AD5 Translator competition, but am worried about the lack of resources. The language test only has one sample, the Translations are the same ones used for Lawyer Linguists (and I doubt they will be necessarily of a legal nature), the revision sample is from English into Gaellic, so impossible for non speakers to discerns. Will EU Training provide or can give advice on how to prepare for these? Thanks

Hello, everyone, 

Just received an invitation for the Crisis Management test, which will take place in January (8th, to be more precise). 

Now, since I wasn't very hopeful of this invitation, as I had better expectations from other fields where I aplied, what could be the best sources to start preparing? The test materials will be uploaded only on December 18, so I don't think I will have too much time to study between Christmas and New Year's Eve. 

Any tips&tricks from people that have already taken an EPSO test? Ideally also for Crisis Management?

I am a candidate in the AST-3 competition, and I have been experiencing issues with the TestWe app.

Firstly, they sent me a prerequisite test titled Financial, even though my competition is Public Procurement. Secondly, despite following all the instructions in the app's user manual, I am unable to open the app—it only shows a blank window.

In the AD7 specialist (Scientific research administrators) competitions there is a requirement "Have a scientific publication record consisting of a minimum of two peer-reviewed publications in which they have participated as an author, co-author, or contributor." Will this be the new norm for AD7 level competitions? What can be known about this?

Quick question. Does anyone know whether the NumPad on the keyboard works in the TestWe Platform rather than having to click the calculator manually with the mouse?
