I am a candidate in the AST-3 competition, and I have been experiencing issues with the TestWe app.
Firstly, they sent me a prerequisite test titled Financial, even though my competition is Public Procurement. Secondly, despite following all the instructions in the app's user manual, I am unable to open the app—it only shows a blank window.
When I reach out to the chatbot for technical assistance, I am directed to create a ticket. I described the issue, but when I attempt to submit the ticket, I receive an error message stating: "We are sorry. You are restricted from accessing this helpdesk page."
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Testing the camera, I would
Testing the camera, I would like to know if somebody has experienced the same issue.
Checking the camera, I can get a picture, and I can record myself. But the when I play the recording there is a total black screen. Is this normal? Is the same computer I used previously without problem.
I am trying to find any support helpdesk or email to send a question to testwe but I only find the chatbot.

I encountered the same problem with the black screen. In my case I tried serveral times until I recorded properly the videos. It is a bit frustating...
