As a regular EPSO webinar and classroom trainer with both a Master’s degree and over 25 years’ experience in the classroom, I can offer you personally tailored guidance so you can learn first-hand what to expect from the process and build your confidence. 

Laszlo currently works as a university lecturer in Szeged, Hungary, with over 20 years of teaching and training experience. Holding degrees in Foreign Language Learning and Economics, he also has 12 years of international sales and marketing expertise across industries such as the oil industry, healthcare, and public education.

As one of EU Training reasoning skills experts regularly holding workshops for large groups, during one-on-one sessions Laszlo will provide tailored strategies and useful methodology tools to help candidates excel in the reasoning skills tests. His diverse background - including roles as an educator, key account manager, and certified sports coach - enables him to offer personalised advice that builds confidence and prepares candidates to excel on the EPSO exams.

Shortly after successfully completing the Commission entrance exams in 2010, I became involved in an initiative to encourage and support Swedish candidates to apply for EU Jobs. I worked on developing the concept, methodology and training materials used by the Swedish Council for Higher Education with a view to better preparing candidates for EU careers. Besides regularly leading training sessions about the EPSO competitions test segments, notably the reasoning skills tests and case study analysis/preparation, I also hold one-on-one personal coaching sessions. With solid insight into what the European Commission is looking for in new staff members, and in-depth knowledge of what an EU job entails, I can provide expert guidance and personal advice to further inspire candidates on their way to an EU career.
