Virtual Competency-Based Interview Simulations

Participate in a virtual CBI simulation session to answer 'likely' interview questions and get feedback from an EPSO expert. Doing this now will allow you time to perfect your answers and gain suggestions on where/how you could improve further. 
 
EPSO Assessment Centre preparation focused on the Competency-Based Interview.

• Two hours of Competency-Based Interview simulation with debrief and feedback - participants will be asked to answer a number of 'likely' interview questions
• Suitable for candidates participating in an EPSO competition that includes a Competency-Based Interview as part of their Assessment Centre.

Virtual Field-Related Interview Simulations

As exam periods approach, EU Training organises virtual Field-Related Interview simulation sessions tailored to each unique EPSO competition. This allows candidates participating in the same competition to come together to answer 'likely' interview questions, discuss responses and share feedback/suggestions through the guidance of an EPSO expert.

To help candidates prepare for the Field-Related Interview, EU Training has released virtual training sessions for the following competitions:

EPSO/AST-SC/10/20 – Secretaries (SC1 or SC2) EPSO competition
UPCOMING SESSIONS: 3 MAR (full), 4 MAR, 8 MAR, 8 MAR (full), 10 MAR, 11 MAR, 17 MAR (full), 24 MAR (1 spot left), & 31 MAR (full)

EPSO/AD/389/20 – Administrators in the field of Sustainable Agriculture & Rural Development EPSO competition
UPCOMING SESSIONS: 4 MAR, 9 MAR, 18 MAR, 25 MAR & 1 APR

Virtual Role Play Simulation (Generic Sessions)

These sessions are tailored to ALL candidates that will need to undertake a Role Play as part of their EPSO Assessment Centre.
 
Our aim is to help candidates become familiar with the Role Play exercise and its requirements regardless of which type of EPSO competition they are undertaking: AST-SC or AD level.
 
The simulation exercises used at these sessions have been created by EU Training - therefore the trainer will NOT analyse assignment packs released by EPSO.
 
This "generic" session allows you to start familiarising yourself with this exam exercise now rather than waiting until EPSO releases the assignment pack - which may not give you enough time to prepare properly. 
 
Taking an interactive approach, our trainers will help build your confidence by simulating EPSO test conditions, as best as possible. You will have the opportunity to meet virtually with one of our EPSO experts and build awareness of how to excel in this exercise.
 
EPSO Assessment Centre preparation focused on the Role Play exercise.

• Overview of the Role Play exercise - including methodology (what is expected from you at the exam + what is expected per competence), process on exam day, Q&A.
• Role Play simulation with debrief and feedback - each participant will have the opportunity to have a go in the 'hot seat', that is, participate in a simulated mini Role Play.
• Suitable currently for candidates participating in the Secretary (EPSO/AST-SC/10/20) competition.

Virtual Oral Presentation Simulation (Generic Sessions)

These sessions are tailored to ALL candidates that will need to undertake an Oral Presentation as part of their EPSO Assessment Centre.
 
Our aim is to help candidates become familiar with the Oral Presentation exercise and its requirements regardless of which type of EPSO competition they are undertaking.
 
The simulation exercise used at these sessions has been created by EU Training - therefore the trainer will NOT analyse assignment packs released by EPSO.
 
This "generic" session allows you to start familiarising yourself with this exam exercise now rather than waiting until EPSO releases the assignment pack - which may not give you enough time to prepare properly.

EPSO Assessment Centre preparation focused on the Oral Presentation exercise.

• Overview of the Oral Presentation exercise - what is expected in the OP exam and Q&A.
• Oral Presentation simulation with debrief and feedback - each participant will have the opportunity to have a go in the 'hot seat', that is, present a 5-min presentation and be asked follow-up questions.
• Suitable for candidates participating in the AD5 EU Law (EPSO/AD/381/20) competition.

UPCOMING SESSIONS:
2 MAR. Specific sessions will be added once EPSO releases the Oral Presentation assignment pack for the EU Law competition. 

Once your competition's Oral Presentation assignment pack is released by EPSO, EU Training will organise Specific Oral Presentation Virtual Workshops each EPSO competition's specific assignment pack. During these workshops, your trainer will delve deep into the specifics of the exercise and the content of the packs, giving you the opportunity to further develop your responses and enhance your understanding of the assignment through group discussions.
