This is especially relevant now for CAST candidates and those that applied to the big 2022 AST3 competition. These reasoning skills tests tend to stress candidates out - but unnecessarily so. These tests are not as hard as we think, it is the time limits that make them challenging. This is truly where practice makes perfect!
It takes some time and involves consistent, regular practice to master these EPSO computer-based reasoning tests. Learning methodology (tips & tricks) where you can recognise opportunities to reduce time spent on questions helps maximise your test scores.
EU Training’s "Master the EPSO Computer-Based Tests" online training session is designed to build confidence, increase question-answering speed and calm your nerves before exam day.
These training sessions cover the three EPSO computer-based test modules: Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning and Abstract Reasoning. These are interactive sessions with the opportunity to ask questions from our highly experienced instructor via the chat box throughout. You will also do a deep dive into methodologies, get the best tips and tricks, and then apply what you've just learned with a live test simulation for each type of reasoning test. You will also get the recording of the session directly in your EUT account for two weeks after.
Each reasoning skill topic will be split into two parts:
- PART 1 - explores test methodology, insights and tips
- PART 2 - applies this knowledge with test simulations

These online SCBI (Situational Competency-Based Interview) workshops are tailored to the different EPSO competitions. This 'workshop' or interactive style of training allows for collaborative learning and group feedback for candidates participating in the same competition. You'll have the chance to answer 'likely' interview questions, discuss responses and share feedback/suggestions through the guidance of one of our expert EPSO trainers.

- Administrators in the Field of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries - EPSO/AD/397/21
- Administrators in the field of External Relations - EPSO/AD/382/20
- Administrators in the field of Audit - EPSO/AD/399/22
Participate in one of our CBI simulation sessions and you'll get to answer 'likely' interview questions, then get immediate feedback from one of our knowledgeable EPSO coaches. Doing this with a coach and other candidates will allow you time to perfect your answers and gain insight on where/how you could improve further.
AND the big news is, you can now do the simulation in FRENCH, with our native French speaker Juliette.

Currently, Administrators in the Field of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries - EPSO/AD/397/21 is the only competition for which this training session is relevant. Next training session available:

These simulation sessions allows candidates participating in the same competition to come together and discuss the specifics of their competition and their Talent Screeners, while getting the chance to answer possible interview questions with one of our expert EPSO AC coaches.
