The largest EPSO competition of the year is about to start
The 2019 EPSO Graduate Administrators’ Notice of Competition will be released at the end of the month on 23 May.
This hotly awaited annual competition recruits new members of the civil service to take up roles as Administrators in the various EU Institutions. The Administrators Generalist competition is also the ideal opportunity for graduates to enter into an EU career path.
You won't have to wait too long till applications open, but in the meantime here are two great suggestions to get you set for EPSO AD5 competition launch day.
- If you haven't already done so, connect with thousands of EPSO AD5 candidates by joining the EPSO Administrator Generalist Exams (AD5) Facebook group. This is a great platform to keep up to date with competition developments, discuss the various tests, share resources, rumors, tips and most importantly it provides a channel to motivate and encourage fellow candidates.
- On 24 May @ 12:30 (Brussels time) EU Training will hold a FREE Information Webcast to familiarise you with the upcoming 2019 EPSO Administrator Generalists (EPSO/AD/373/19) competition’s:
- eligibility requirements,
- the competition’s structure,
- the individual tests to be undertaken as well as,
- any changes to this year’s competition.

Registrations open next week - Administrators in the field of Audit
The 2019 round of the EPSO Administrators in the field of Audit competition is set to kick-off next week on 7 May, with the application deadline marked for 12 June.
This competition will cover two grades. The AD5 grade offers another great opportunity for talented graduates to begin their careers at a European institution, while the AD7 grade seeks experienced specialists in the field of audit.
Those that successfully make it through the EPSO selection process and get recruited will primarily work in the European Commission in Brussels and the European Court of Auditors in Luxembourg.

Specialists in Law take note!
EPSO will be looking for specialists in law in June 2019 to join the European Commission at AD7 level.
This competition is set to be released on 6 June and will cover the following five profiles:
- Administrators in Competition Law
- Administrators in Financial Law
- Administrators in Economic and Monetary Union Law
- Administrators in Financial rules applicable to the EU budget
- Administrators in Protection of euro coins against counterfeiting
