I've been reading about British citizens being practically recruited to work in EU institutions, hence not having to lobby for a post once they are on the reserve list. Does anyone have any info on this?

Any tips for e-tray exam?
Hi everybody! I've just managed to pass the pre-selection test for Administrators in the area of Audit and the next step seems to be e-tray! Is there anybody who might give me a tip about this test because this is the first time I'm going to take it and I don't have a clue about it.
