Oral Presentation

One of the exercises in the EPSO Assessment Centre for generalist Administrators and in most cases, AST3 (senior assistants) is to make a presentation of up to 10 minutes based on a background file, and then be ready to answer questions for another 8-10 minutes.

Specialists usually are not required to perform this exercise given their relatively different profile. In most exams, it measures competencies such as:

• Resilience

• Communication

• Analysis and Problem Solving

• Delivering Quality and Results
