Analysis and Problem Solving

This competency is one of the competencies that EPSO evaluates in candidates via the Assessment Centre exercises and exams. To achieve a good score in this competency, candidates must demonstrate they can quickly understand complex files (e.g. in the Case study), are able to propose viable solutions and practical approaches to the matters outlined therein, and be able to separate key elements and information from irrelevant data.
