Hi,

I'm having a lot of technical issues with the tests. Many times i complete the tests but when i go to the practice center they just appear as if they were not completed at all, and for other test it appears that there are certain questions that were not answered when I had checked all of them one by one and in the test summary they look as completed. Could you please help me?Thanks!

Hello, Is there a way to delete unfinished tests (practice mode) that affect the stats (with a score of 1 or 2 or 3% because unfinished).

I'd like to analyse my progression more efficiently.

I purchased a 600 test package and I have noticed duplicate tests across verbal, abstract and numerical tests. I am still waiting to hear back from EU training on this. Has anyone experienced the same problem?

One technical question: when I click on free material, it is then labelled as Owned but I am not able to access it/watch it...

Any indication on how to make it work ?

If I bought a package can I practice it as long as I wish or will I only be able to take the each question once? thx

I have a question about the salary calculator. I am interested in a position as contract agents fg iv grade 18. The starting gross salary is approx 6000 eur,

I am married with a dependent spouse and 2 children aged 8 and 11. The job is located in the same country where Iive.

I wonder... what would be the corresponding net salary? Does the published amount include severance pay?

I purchased a package for 99 euro a few days a go.

It is very difficult to improve, when you can remember the same (30) questions being reuploaded all the time. Could you please fix this. Thank you.

My problem is that the same verbal questions in Danish keeps commig up.

I have noticed that the questions are no longer available eonce we are doing a test. I have just bought a training package and notice the questions are no longer available as long as we do tests - I dont find this normal as I wanted to revise the answers before taking exams. So how can this be changed?

I have just bought a training package and made a test exam. I notice that the number og questions I have answered dissapeared now from the available questions. I was expecting the 600 questions I have bough to be permanently available so I can revise the solutions for the exam. Is it normal the first questions I have tested are no longer available?
