Hi,

I keep on gettting the same verbal reasoning questions (DK) when I generate new tests. I bought the package with 600 questions and have only taken 200 so far. Is this an error?

Hi, I recently had 2 cases where I just began a practice test, but the cursor slowed to a crawl. I got a pop-up stating that another page was causing a slowdown with the option to stop it, but even then the issue was not resolved. In the first case, it was so bad that I restarted the computer, but the questions I took for the test were not subtracted from my list. The second time I closed the page and reopened it, but the questions were already counted as used.

Any idea what is causing the page and if I can get the questions taken "returned" to my account?

I had a CBT this morning on CAST secretarial/clerks. I bought a package to train but the competency test I had today has nothing to do with the exercises on the website. Most the questions were situational judgement and not based on what I have been trained through your package. I wonder why and I do hope I will pass the test.

Hey,

why is there no EU salary calculator for contract agents?

If i understood the Staff regulation properly, it seems as if FG IV agent (brutte salary 3300 EUR) with expatriation allowance, and no household allowance, no children nor spouse and after having deducted community tax, health scheme, pension fund, etc. gets something like the level of the initial brute, or slightly less.

Am i right?
