EPSO COMPETITIONS

Hi everyone,

I applied for Administrator AD6 position and the computer based questions will be placed upfront.

As I have already passed these tests about 5 months ago for other AD positions (verbal-numerical-abstract questions), do you know whether these results are being taken into account by EPSO for other positions? Or are they independent for each competition?

I was waiting for doing the CBT for Graduate Administratos AD5 and I just saw that it is announed the Assesment Centre period directly. 

When did take place the CBT for this competition? or should I apply for any other AD with CBT period announced?

Does anyone know the difference between Contract Agents (Function groups I-IV) and Temporary staff (AD5-AD16)?

I'm a bit confused because both of them are temporary and apparently similar in tasks. Do you also know if it's possible to easily switch from one category to the other one? Thanks

Unfortunately I didn't find answers to the followng questions (but my apologizes if I missed them!)

1. What are the differencies between the questions (verbal, abstract, numerical) bought under the related to the two products : AD Pre-selection and the AD Special competition (External relations) ? if there differencies, why I can't divide and choose the type of product once I bought it ? (they goes all under the same test type and I then have a huge amount of question that I can choose either for AD Pre-selection or AD Special competitions)

Hello all, 

has anyone experienced the proof of experience stage in a competition of a specialized agency /epso? Can you tell me what do they check?

Has anyone completed the secretaries and clerks FGII CAST? I am interested to find out more about the competency part, I will do it in English (my L2) and I cannot find any practice material.

Any help much appreciated.

Three years ago I was placed on a reserve list having been successful in a competition for lawyer-linguists to be recruited by the EP/Council. Not much has happened since. My question to you therefore is: is anyone aware of a similar competition (i.e. in a specialised field) having been released for recruitment by the Commission?

I was wondering if any of you has received the results of the Computer-based test? On the EPSO website, it says that they are usually received 2 weeks after the assessment window but almost 2 months have passed now and still nothing?

Please reply if you know anything.
