allowances - are they for every FG?

Hi,
Is an employee with a CAST FG I contract also entitled to all allowances (Dependent child allowance, Expatriation allowance, etc.) - if he meets the criteria for obtaining these allowances (moves from another country to another country, has dependent children, etc.)? Is that so?

Dear EU Training, would it be possible to purchase questions for the AD competitions in Maltese? It would be very useful if questions are also available in Maltese, at least the verbal reasoning. Thanks.
