EU Knowledge exams reappeared in the past year or so as part of internal competitions. Now, they will become a stable part of the EPSO exams, more specifically the AD5 Generalist competition selection exams. The goal of this multiple-choice questions test (MCQ) is to test candidates' knowledge of the European Union and the various EU institutions. Although EPSO announced they will publish the resources used to create the EU knowledge test, they did not state when these would be made available. To date these resources have not been uploaded to the EPSO website.
It's always a good idea to start preparing and studying for an exam well ahead of time, especially since EU knowledge spans such a broad range of topics. To help candidates prepare the EU Training database has been recently updated with
1 122 EU KNOWLEDGE TEST QUESTIONS
These multiple-choice questions cover a wide spectrum of topics including general EU knowledge, EU history, budget, legislative procedures, EU institutions, rules of procedure, EU law, and policies.
