Hello everyone,

How can one prepare for the COM/1/2015/GFIV Research Competency Test, specifially Profile 3: Human and Social Sciences?

I think at this point you've already taken the exam.
I will have my test very soon. Do you have any suggestions? I have no idea what to expect.

Yes I took the test and passed it easily.

It's a general knowledge test about all kinds of topics. These are things that a well developed person should have read about or lerned in school or University.

Questions I had included about  how many countries were in the Eurozone in a certain year, what is the main task of the ECB, But also where the word democracy originates from, question about putting time periods from middel ages and renaissance and others the correct order and about the US system of government.

Aside from the multiple choice questions in English, can you confirm if the interview and written exercise is also in English or if there is a choice of selecting another language?

Have you done the test last year? I will do it in two weeks and am not sure how to prepare.
