Hello everyone! I was wondering whether the degree of difficulty of the abstract, verbal and numerical tests is different between competitions for AST and AD. I am preparing for both, however I have only done practice tests for AST so I am not sure whether they will be helpful for the AD exam.

Can anybody who has been to the competency test of the finance CAST FG III could tell me what it is like?

Are the questions similar to the ones on EUTRAINING Online?

Are there questions related to the Financial regulation of the EU?

Does the "Today" Icon Work for you when Inputting Dates into the EPSO AD-17 Application?

I am currently employed and would like to indicate this in the application; however, I cannot seem to select the "Today" icon within the application.  I can see it but it is not highlighted and hence cannot be selected.  Has anybody else experienced this?  For now, i have selected the latest possible date that can be selected, but would ultimately like to fix this before submitting the application.

Hi everyone,

I have been invited for the Assessment Centre in Brussels for the competition on Data analyst and IT Service. 

The assessment centre will be split in two part over two non-consecutive days. 

I would like get an idea of the exercises that will probably take on day 1 and day 2:

1st day in Brussels: MCQ (not organised upfront); [2] Group exercise and [3] General competency-based interview

2nd day in the appointed AC across EU MS -  the Case study  exercise [1]

The application for part two of the AD 2017 competition was supposed to open today.  Does anybody have anything in their inbox yet?  I just have the one message informing me that my application has been validated.

I validated my application and everything seems fine. However, I also got a notice that there is a new message in my inbox, yet when I click on it I only see a newsfeed confirming I have validated my application. Any idea if this important? Or just an error on the website?

Hi everybody,

I am trying to validate my application for this year's AD5 / 388 competition. However, under "My profile", I can only find Languages. Education and Experience are missing. It looks as if Education and Experience are not taken into consideration during the first selection stage. This is not possible, I am sure there is a problem with the application. Does any of you encountered this issue while applying? Thanks a lot for your answers!
