Reserve Lists

Good morning all,

In the last AD specialist competitions,I noted that the number of applicants will form the reserve lists is quite generous (hundreds of ppl).

If I well understood, the list are valid for 3 years. Do you know if normally in the 3 years they go through all the list or if the number are overestimated?

Once you are in the reserve list, they will call you or you have to propose yourself in the available positions for your profile?

Good morning all,

I am approaching to participate to AD specialist competition for the first time. In the competitions of financial related positions, the period to do the test is one day only. I have the following questions:

- booking period: in the timeframe indicated I have just to confirm that I want to do the tests in the solely test day available? I have to book a precise window or I can do the test when is more feasible for me in that day?

Hi everyone, 

I succeed in an ast/sc postion to be official at the EP.

I am waiting for the documents of DG PERS and I was wondering how is the integration for newbies? 

What are the next steps? Do they help us to find a flat? How long we have to wait for the first pay? Do we have some possibilities to have bank loan?

I have looked for some informations but I didn't find anything about it...

Hi everybody,

 

EPSO released the dates for the Testing period, ranging from 1 day (3 or 4.10) for fields 2 and 3, to 3 days (2-4.10) for field 1.

Does this means that all the 3 tests (computer-based, case study and field-related) are to be done in only one day?

Hello everyone,

I am appling fro IP AD.

In Annex I, paragraph 2.1.4 I can read "In the ‘Education’ tab of the application form, candidates should also include their secondary education qualification."

 

Do you know whether my application will be rejected if I don't include my secondary education qualification?

Hi! I'm applying to the last notice of competition of the Euipo and it asks me in which language do I want to do the reasoning tests and the other tests. Do you know what is best? I'm Spanish but I have a C1 level in English. A tip of advice would be very welcomed! :)

Hello,

I would like to ask two questions about verbal reasoning?

1) Do you think it breaks the rules to use the Ctrl + F option to find a specific word in the verbal reasoning text?

2) The verbal reasoning test has 20 questions. Does every single question refer to a unique text or are we given a text where 4-5 questions refer to each time?
