What should I do if I cannot hear the presenter or see the presenation slides?

If you have audio issues or you cannot see the content the presenter is sharing during an online training session or live webinar, always try the following first:

1. Check that your speakers are turned on and your headphones are properly connected.

2. Check that the sound on your device is not set to 'mute'. You can check this by going to YouTube and playing a video to see if there is sound.

3. Make sure all your audio out levels are set high. 

4. If, during the webinar, you stop hearing audio or the content does not change on screen for a prolonged period of time

  • Log out and log back in
  • Try a different browser

5. If you are not able to log back in or lose access to the live webinar or training session completely:

  • Write to Customer Support immediately - our agents are always on hand monitoring live events
  • If you end up missing the wthe session due to technical issues - no worries - with a few exceptions, you will be able to access the full recording on your Dashboard, where you accessed the live event.
  • There are some webcasts and training sessions that are not recorded.

How many times can I use a question? And how many times can I revise a test?

Our questions have no expiration date, your question balance has no expiration date. You can compose new tests as long as you have new questions on your account, and you can revise previous tests without any time limitation.

We created a system that helps your EU exam preparation in the best possible way:

  • After you buy an exam preparation package, you can use these questions to create new tests in any composition and language you wish.
  • Once you launch a new test, the number of questions that you put in there will be deducted from your account and you can use each question once, similarly to a test book where you mark your answer options.
  • However, as a special gift to our customers, we created a system where you can re-take any of your previously composed tests as many times as you like (you can do this by finding the test you wish to re-take via the Practice Activity block of your Dashboard).
  • You can monitor your progress via the Statistics block as well.
  • After submitting or re-taking a test, you can revise all your previous tests in Review mode which includes an option to turn off the 'Explanation' feature to further improve the revision experience.
  • Moreover, revision is not limited in any way. You may revise previous tests and questions for an unlimited period and for an unlimited number of times.

I can't attend the classroom training - can I get a refund?

EU Training's cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation up to 8 working days before the classroom training session's date: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation 7-6 working days before the classroom training session's date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations from 5 or fewer working days before the classroom training session's date: NO REFUND.

I have not received any confirmation email for a classroom training I've purchased.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the minimum number of participants required have registered.

BUT, please check your spam folder for EU Training email notifications, because some email providers mark automated messages as spam.

Lastly, all necessary details will be provided in the confirmation email and subsequent reminder emails.

If a training session (workshop or simulation) is cancelled due to an insufficient number of registered participants, we will get in touch with you to find a solution that best fits you.

If you have not received ANY emails, not even a payment confirmation:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Check your EU Training account profile info to make sure the email you provided is correct
  • Make sure you are NOT logged in through Facebook
  • Contact Customer Support directly if you have checked all of the above and are still not receiving emails.

I can't attend the Master the EPSO Reasoning Skills workshop afterall, but I'v already paid. What are my options?

You are in luck! All of the EPSO Reasoning Skills workshops are recorded in full.

Here are all of your options if you can't attend the live workshop:

  1. You'll automatically get the recording if you've already paid, but can't attend in the end. The recording will be available in your EU Training account for two weeks from the date the workshop was held.
  2. If you'd really like to participate in a live workshop, we can move you to the next possible date, no extra cost.
  3. If you'd like to cancel completely for whatever reason, we will refund you if it is in accordance with our terms and conditions. Just contact us directly to request the refund.

How do I access the Master the EPSO Reasoning Skills Workshop?

Once you've received the confirmation email for the Master the EPSO Reasoning Skills workshop you purchased, you will be able to access the live session as follows:

  • Find the "MY WORKSHOPS" section on your EU Training dashboard.
  • Each module will show there separately - Verbal, Numerical and Abstract Reasoning.
  • About 5 minutes before the start time click on the “Join event” button for the module that is starting.

What is the difference between an Online Classroom Training and a LIVE Webcast?

The major difference between a Classroom Training session and our Webcasts lies in their objectives.

  • The aim of the Classroom Training session is to improve your personal performance
    • These are small group sessions focused on individual and group feedback
    • They are collaborative, workshop style
    • Often it is called a simulation because the trainer will ask each participant EPSO-style interview questions
    • For many of these, the trainer will record the participant's response which is a useful tool to prepare for EPSO exams
       
  • Webcasts are less personal given their nature. 
    • It is usually a very large group of people (we've had over 500 people at once)
    • If you participate in a live webcast, you can ask questions from the presenter directly through the chat box
    • Webinars and webcasts are recorded so you can watch them as many times as you wish. (difference between webinars and webcasts here)

For both the classroom training session and the webinars you receive background materials and a lots of good advice about EPSO exams.

As you can see both preparation tools are extremely useful, however, the way they achieve their objectives are different.

Try to reconnect through the same link, try loggin in with a different browser.
