Wear the same for a video interview that you would wear if you were going to interview in person. If you think you will be wearing a suit and tie every day, or most days, then yes, it is probably best. But this also depends on what type of position you are applying for. For a higher grade level, managerial position, a suit and tie would definitely be a good idea.
