The Assessment Centre testing period for the 2019 Graduate Administrators competition kicks off today and concludes on 9 June 2021.

If you haven't already done so, now is a great time for candidates to schedule some guided training, so you can perfect your exam skills before the big day.

Participating in Assessment Centre practice simulations offers the opportunity to get used to these practical exercises, calm your nerves before the real thing, and gain insights into what EPSO Assessors will be looking for that you may not consider.

JOIN A VIRTUAL EPSO SCBI WORKSHOP:

EPSO has released the SCBI assignment pack for the 2019 AD5 Graduate Administrators (EPSO/AD/373/19) competition. You can view it here.

Our SCBI workshops are tailored to the unique SCBI assignment pack of each EPSO competition.

The currently available SCBI workshops on our website cater to candidates participating in the Graduate Administrators (EPSO/AD/373/19) competition. Therefore, it is advised that only candidates participating in this specific competition consider joining these workshops.

Our online Situational Competency-Based Interview (SCBI) training sessions explore the following:

  1. Practicalities on how the SCBI will be run
  2. Assignment and background document analysis
  3. What assessors will be looking for - EPSO competencies within the context of the SCBI
  4. How to answer 'likely' interview questions: questions based on the assignment & questions not based on the assignment

To gain the maximum benefit from this training, participants will be expected to have read through the competition's assignment pack and prepare preliminary answers/solutions/proposals before the workshop session. 

Once SCBI assignment packs are released for other EPSO competitions we will offer training sessions tailored to those competitions as well.

JOIN A VIRTUAL ORAL PRESENTATION SIMULATION SESSION:

EPSO has released THREE Oral Presentation assignment packs for the 2019 AD5 Graduate Administrators (EPSO/AD/373/19) competition. You can view these here.

The currently available Oral Presentation Simulations on our website cater to candidates participating in the Graduate Administrators (EPSO/AD/373/19) competition. Therefore, it is advised that only candidates participating in this specific competition consider joining these sessions.

There are many factors that can significantly affect your performance in the Oral Presentation that you may not even consider. This session offers the opportunity to participate in an Oral Presentation simulation and correct any mistakes before the real thing, through the suggestions and feedback given by your trainer. 

To gain the maximum benefit from this training, participants will be expected to have read through ALL THREE oral presentation assignment packs for this competition and will be required to prepare a 5-minute presentation for each before the workshop. You will only find out which Oral Presentation assignment you will need to present at the start of your turn in the "hot seat" (which will be the case at the real Assessment Centre as well).

JOIN A VIRTUAL MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEW SIMULATION SESSION:

This is a very unique type of interview, hence why candidates often have difficulty knowing exactly how to prepare effectively for it. 

This session offers a great opportunity to meet virtually with one of our EPSO experts, be tested on a number of 'likely' questions and learn collectively as a group from the feedback given.

JOIN A VIRTUAL COMPETENCY-BASED INTERVIEW SIMULATION SESSION:

Please Note: these are not SCBI sessions!

Given the practical nature of this exercise, it is hard to improve or correct mistakes without feedback from someone that knows specifically what EPSO assessors will be looking for on exam day.

This session offers a great opportunity to meet virtually with one of our EPSO experts, be tested on a number of 'likely' interview questions and learn collectively as a group from the feedback given.
