Field-Related Written Test (WT)

Besides the Field-Related Interview, some specialist competitions also have what is known as a Written Test in the Field as part of the EPSO Assessment Centre.

In principle, this test can be seen as a Case Study, but the topic will always be related to the field of the competition. During the WT, the candidates are assessed on their competencies in the field and not on the general competencies as in a regular Case Study exercise. The "assignment" for the exercise is sometimes given in advance, so that the candidates can start preparing for the actual exercise.
