Working as CA in one EU institution - do you need to pass the CAST exam again if you move to another institution?

Hello!

I am working in an EU instituion as CA GF IV and I have been asked to pass the exam again if I want to move to another EU institution. Do you know if you need to sit the exam again? I find it very odd as already working as CA.
