Coming Up Soon...

At this stage, no specific dates have been released yet, but two competitions are expected to be released during Autumn.

What we do know, however, is that these competitions will require you to complete a Talent Screener.

At first glance, it may seem like the Talent Screener is just another section of the application form, but in fact, it plays a crucial role at the very start of the EPSO selection process.

Getting this part wrong can easily jeopardise your chances of moving through to the next stage of the competition - which you don't want to risk.

To help you produce a stellar Talent Screener that scores high during the Selection Board's screening process, EU Training will hold a LIVE WEBINAR on 25 September @ 17:30 (Brussels Time) to discuss the requirements of this task in detail.

Conference Operators

  • EPSO will be looking for Conference Operators to join the European Commission.
  • Positions will be based in Brussels (Belgium) and Luxembourg (Luxembourg).
  • Conference Operators will be recruited at AST-SC2 grade level.

Graduate Administrators (AD5 Competition)

The exam period for the computer-based multiple-choice tests are currently underway and will conclude on 8 October.

If you haven't completed your exam yet and would like to get some final bits of preparation in, we recommend doing an exam methodology refresh as well as a couple of practice tests in Exam Mode.

It is so easy to forget a vital rule or trick that can save your precious time when preparing for these exams because you are trying to focus on a lot of different things all at the same time. That's why it is extremely useful to go back and do a quick refresh on each test's methodology. This can easily be done by viewing a few online webinars:

Then do a couple of full practice tests (including 10 Verbal Reasoning questions, 10 Numerical Reasoning questions, 20 Abstract Reasoning questions and a full Situational Judgment Test of 20 questions) under strict time conditions via Exam Mode. Our practice platform has been designed to work like the EPSO testing platform, so you can get familiar with the logic of how everything will work on exam day.

Need to add some practice questions to your EU Training account? For the best value for money select our Full Administrator Package or if you only want to focus on one particular test type you can easily pick and choose via the Custom feature on our products page.

If you feel like you've plateaued and can't progress past a certain point, a little bit of professional help from an EPSO expert may just be the thing to do the trick. Book yourself a pre-selection personal coaching session via Skype.

Most importantly, don't forget to prepare yourself mentally with positive thoughts and self-confidence. We wish all the candidates the very best of luck in their exams.

If you haven't already done so, connect with thousands of EPSO AD5 candidates by joining the EPSO Administrator Generalist Exams (AD5) Facebook group. This is a great platform to keep up to date with competition developments, discuss the various tests, share resources, rumors, tips and most importantly it provides a channel to motivate and encourage fellow candidates.
