Dear All,

I would like to seek your advice on how to appeal against unequal treatment during the establishment of a reserve list.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the interviews of candidates coming from abroad have been changed from in-person to Skype interviews. As it often happens, there have been technical problems and in the end, it turned out to be a phone interview. Regardless of the technical failure, I think that this is discrimination for candidates coming from abroad, as either, all candidates should have been interviewed via videoconference or all interviews should have been postponed, to provide all candidates with the opportunity of attending the interview in person.

Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed?

Thanks a lot in advance for your help.

I had similar expirience, not sure on what to do. They convinced me that it was issue on my side, but I had other interviews over Skype with EU intitutions week before that one and they went well. Was the institution that you had interview with maybe in Paris?

I have not made any effort in failing complaint as I don`t know if this could be a justified reason to do it.
