My laptop met the technical requirements, but during the prerequisite test it got extremely hot and started to smell weird. In the meantime, I managed to fix the camera and microphone issues on my new laptop, and that one works great with the TestWe app. I had planned to use the new laptop, but unfortunately I couldn’t get everything sorted in time for the prerequisite check and I didn’t expect the old one to perform so badly. I contacted TestWe via the chatbot (as recommended in the guidebook) to ask for permission to retake the prerequisite test. Hopefully I’ll get a response tomorrow, since the exams are on Thursday. Has anyone had any experience with their support? Do you think there’s a chance they’ll reply tomorrow? And what should I do if I don’t hear back from them at all?
