Today I did the TestWe "preparatory" exam, in which I had to pick up the computer and record a video of the room, under my desk etc. Except my PC is a desktop PC and I can't really do that. Nowhere does it say in the instructions that your PC should be a laptop. 

So, now I've submitted the preparatory exam for marking. Obviously they'll "fail" me because they can't see under my desk. 

I sent an explanation of my problem to TestWe support and we'll see what happens.. I can't just do it again on a laptop (which I now have to borrow...) because the test is submitted and I can't cancel it and do it again. 

Anyone else experience this problem, and how was it resolved?
