Recruitement at Step 2 for AD5

Dear all,

I have heard that there is a possibility to be hired directly at step 2 in AD5 grade based on the person's experience.

Does anybody have any knowledge how does it work? How much experience is required? Usually in all EPSO competition they mention that the experience should be relevant, however, for AD5 generalist there is no "relevant" experience.

I think you have to have 2 or 3 years of relevant work experience (= in your field and AFTER your diploma).

You have to provide proof of your experience (contract, salary slips).

Step 2 is the maximum they‘ll do. Even if someone happens to have 15 years of experience.
