Hi all. I've recently got an e-mail which reads as follows:

• Congratulations on succeeding the open competition *****************  for Secretaries/Clerks!
• We are pleased to inform you that ************** currently has several vacant posts open to competition laureates. For more information on the DG, please consult ************** website:**************
• In view of recruiting new colleagues from the above reserve list, we will soon organise pre-selection interviews according to **************'s needs, i.e.:
• secretaries, secretaries to the Head of Unit, or secretaries to the Director.
• If you reply to this call for interest, your CV will be screened by the pre-selection panel, who will establish the list of candidates to be interviewed. The pre-selected candidates will receive a separate invitation to an interview that will probably take place in the week of 25 March (subject to confirmation).
• The CVs of the laureates pre-selected after these interviews will then be transmitted to the ************** Units wishing to recruit. Please note that the Heads of Unit and/or Directors may hold a final interview to refine their choice.
• If you are interested in working in ************** and would like to be pre-selected for a potential interview, please reply to this FMB: ************** by 15/03/2019 eob. Please also indicate whether you are based in Brussels.
• Without a reply by that date, you will unfortunately not be included in the pre-selection phase.
