Preparation for Group Exercise

Hi!

Anyone interested in a Facebook study group for Group Exercise? I don't know if the procedure we are in does matter as in my understanding those invited in the same day are not direct competitors so they will be from different procedures anyway.

Hi Guys,

I would also apprecite if I could be included in the GE practices. However, I am currently based in NYC/USA, therefore, there is like 6 hrs difference in time with Brussels and I am not sure if this could be done in a way that doesn't disturb your work/life ballance and timing for the sessions. Let me know if I could join the group, if possible!?

Dear all,

This group is a thing of the past and I am not longer interested in it. I put this mesage here as I have received a lot of messages lately related to the participation to the study group. I think neither Ursula is interested as our AC days has come and gone a few months ago. If you are interested in participating in a group exercise preparation you have to take the lead and create your own study group. Good luck to all!
