Dear all, 

I was wondering if the process for becoming an Permanent official through IT path is possible. If so, what are the different steps? Does it involve a general phase where we have to learn about EU insitutions, law, etc, and then a speficic one about general IT or is it about a speficic field within IT?

I just refer to the Permanent Official ones, not CAST or temporary agents (I hope my question makes sense - I am not 100% sure if this is possible)
