Our Virtual Assessment Centre simulations have proved to be so popular we have released more June training dates!

Each simulation session is dedicated to focusing on one particular Assessment Centre exercise, is highly interactive, and will be delivered online by one of our EPSO experts.

Virtual Group Exercise Simulation

It's difficult to practice for this exercise by yourself because this practical task needs a group of participants. This session brings a number of candidates together and offers the opportunity to participate in a full Group Exercise simulation while benefiting from the advice/feedback given by our EPSO expert, who knows exactly what EPSO assessors will be looking for.

Virtual Competency-Based Interview Simulation

Given the practical nature of this exercise, it is harder to improve or correct mistakes without feedback from someone that knows specifically what EPSO assessors will be looking for on exam day. This session offers a great opportunity to meet virtually with our EPSO expert, be tested on a number of 'likely' interview questions and learn collectively as a group from the feedback given.

Virtual Oral Presentation Simulation

There are many factors that can significantly affect your performance in the Oral Presentation that you may not even consider. This session offers the opportunity to participate in an Oral Presentation simulation and correct any mistakes before the real thing, through the suggestions and feedback given by your trainer.

Virtual Motivational Interview Simulation

This is a very unique type of interview, hence why candidates often have difficulty knowing exactly how to prepare effectively for it. This session offers a great opportunity to meet virtually with our EPSO expert, be tested on a number of 'likely' questions and learn collectively as a group from the feedback given.
