I guess that you're talking about the SC1/2 competition.
No, unfortunatelly it's normal. Until the end of October (according to people on Facebook), the candidates from Croatia (where the test center was flooded and exams had been postponed) had not taken the test yet.
So after everyone has taken the test and after they have examined all objections etc they will send the results... Hopefully before 2022...
