Lawyer-linguists competition - Summary from language 3 to language 1 | EU Training

I was curious if anyone has any information about the summary that applicants for the lawyer-linguist positions have to make of a text in language 3 to their language 1.

I am in particular interested in what exactly is meant by 'summary'. I take it that it is not about a vebatim translation, but rather about a shorter retelling of the information in the text, i.e. the main points. However, it seems there is the risk that you might omit a lot of information. On the other hand, would it be a mistake if you keep it as close to a verbatim translation as possible, if time permits, of course?

Thank you!
