Dear EU training team,

Could you please explain what precisely incapacitates you from allowing users to choose the order in which different test elements are sequenced when they put together a test in exam mode without using one of your presets?

This is quite annoying, makes for a very poor user experience, reeks of trying to force people to buy more tests and is in a number of other ways simply off-putting.

Thanks for changing this asap. It would seem to be about time to move the site beyond beta stage. This is, after all, a paid for service and the user interface should reflect this.

Yours disgruntedly,

SG Power User

Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback.

Up until now we have not received complaints about the order in which our practice tests appear, but we will take this suggestion on board and keep monitoring it.

The logic of why we have it set up this way, stems from the order in which the Pre-Selection tests appear at the actual EPSO exams. Previous experience has shown that this is the order in which the EPSO tests are taken at the test centres and our main aim is to give our users the most authentic simulation experience possible.

I hope you can understand that our reason for setting up our test platform this way is driven by our mission to follow the EPSO platform as closely as possible, so that our users only experience minimal differences on the actual exam day, if any at all.

Kind regards,

David @ EU Training

Dear David,

FYI: EPSO's invitation to the MCQ tests for EPSO/AST-SC/05/16 (SC2) (Accreditation officers/Receptionists) mentioned the following order:

1. Verbal reasoning test: 35 minutes (20 questions)

2. Numerical reasoning test: 20 minutes (10 questions)

3. Abstract reasoning test: 10 minutes (10 questions)

This is not the order I experience while taking the tests on your platform, as the Numerical reasoning comes first. Why is this happening?
