How do I access today's live webcast or webinar?

If you have added a free live webcast to your account or purchased a live webinar, here is how to access it:

How to join the live event

  • Find the webcast/webinar listed under the "MY WEBINARS" section of your dashboard after logging into your EU Training account.
  • About five minutes before the start time click on the “JOIN EVENT” button

Having trouble connecting, or are you connected but having technical issues?

Troubleshooting

  • Firewall: Remove it temporarily during the webinar.
  • Sound: Double-check that your speakers/headphones are properly plugged in and the volume is on.
    • Try viewing the webinar with your device and listening through the ClickMeeting app.
    • Download the ClickMeeting app from the Google Play Store or The App Store.
    • We will provide the 9-digit PIN# at the start
    • Use that pin to access the webcast
  • Browser issues: Try logging out of your EU Training account and back in again via a different browser.
    • Make sure you are using the latest browser version
  • Network Connection: Run a system configuration test well before the event.
    • Click on the "System conference test. Click here!" option on the event's access page.
  • Operating System: These requirements must be met:
    • 2 GHz dual-core processor or better (4-core preferable)
    • 2 GB of RAM (4 GB or more recommended)
    • An operating system such as Windows 8 (Windows 10 recommended), Mac OS 10.13 (the newest version recommended), Linux, or Chrome OS.
