Hi,
I am struggling with situational judgement more than what I expected. In some forums some people claim being able to answer SJ questions 100% correctly. I do not see myself getting any closer to that with just continuing doing tests. Is there any methodology? In case there is anybody out there with a lot of experience that has successfully mastered SJ questions, please would you mind to share your knowledge through this forum? Many thanks in advanced!!

Hi.
I'm not an expert in STJ but I studied the theory and principles behind it and that really helped me get better.
Each STJ question aims at assessing the following competences:
•Planning and Organising
•Analysing and Creating Solutions
•Focusing on Delivery
•Coping Under Pressure
•Collaborating With People
Once you understand which competence is being assessed in a given question, it'll be easier for you to decide on right answer.
The Ultimate EU Test Book provides a good explanation for this. I don't mean to advertise it, but, actually, it's quite helpful. Also, practicing with the tests and reading the explanations for each answer is very useful.
Keep in mind that the right answers are usually the ones where communication, fairness, efficiency, resilience, understanding, insight, honesty, dedication and team spirit prevail.
I hope this was helpful.
Good luck.
JG:-)
