I’m applying for a CAST Permanent role and looking for a position that combines data analysis with policy work. I have a background in sociology with experience in statistics, plus 2 years working in health policy at a national ministry and in economic affairs at an embassy in DC.

I’m considering:

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) - FG III
Project/Programme Management - FG III
Political Affairs/EU Policies - FG III

For someone with this background, which profile would be the best fit for a junior data analyst role? Or is there a better way to land this kind of position?
