Upon my best knowledge they are sending and email only to those ones who have been selected for an interview. No letter is sent. The rest of candidates are not directly informed. They can follow the status of their recruitment (the post they are applying for) on the Frontex webpage. Once emails are sent out to those who are selected for the interview, the status of the recruitment changes to "invitations sent out" from "registration and eligibility check". But sometimes there is a few days/weeks of delay in updating the website.
