My question could sound odd but I am wondering if there is someone else out there still hesitating on the profile to apply for in the frame of the competition in subject: I personally do have a 5-years university degree in mass media communication and more than 3 years relevant experience in the field however:

1 - the talent screener looks way too demanding for the minimun experience required for the position i.e. it looks like standards are set really high (fair enough: finally the EU will count on a pool of seriously competent communication specialists which is a very good news however a bit discouraging right now... :)

2 - I want to maximise my chances to get in: is anyone also thinking of downsizing his experience just to be sure to pass no matter of the grade?

Any advice will be much appreciated...and of course: May the best man win!!!
