Hello.
Regarding the AST/156/24 exam on 18.12.2024:
When I got to the 1st question of the test (numerical reasoning) the TEST We plarform crushed with a message saying "you have to restart or computer or detect problems". I had already deactivated all fire wall, VPN and antivirus, had passed the prerequisite test and was very consistent with all directions given.
I tried a computer restart and when i reached again the 1st question the same message appeared. I tried to detect the problem, nothing. i tried another pc restart and the TEST We platform couldn't respond. I started calling the TEST We emergency phones in Brussels and Belgium and no one answered.
After 30 minutes of trying i realised i could catch up with the test....and i gave up.
I have alredy filed a report to EPSO.
Has anyone had similar problems?
