With the EPSO year slowly creeping to an end, there is still plenty of bustle and excitement in the air.
The announcement of the E-tray results for the Administrators Generalists and Administrators in the field of Audit competitions in December is highly anticipated. When this hits, preparations for the EPSO Assessment Centre exams will be in full swing again.
In addition to this, the European Commission has just released 8 Internal Competitions this week! Where a massive 411 positions are up for grabs.
Many, however, already have their sights set on new opportunities coming up in 2019.
While EPSO has not officially announced these competitions yet, we have it on good authority that you can expect to see the following competitions in 2019:
- In August 2018 the Armed Security and Protection Officers competition was announced. It seems that further personnel may be required in this line of work due to an EPSO Security Officers and Assistants (AD7/AST3) competition planned for January 2019. If you would like to connect with candidates already undertaking an EPSO competition in this field, join the EPSO Security and Protection Officer Exams Facebook group.
- For February 2019 an EPSO Legal Research (AD7) competition is proposed. It appears that this competition will invite those who are fluent in Cypriot, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian and Polish to participate. - A new round of the EPSO Administrator Generalists (AD5) competition is set to kick off again in Spring 2019. In 2018 this competition was released on 8 March, while in 2017 it was released on 30 March. Therefore, it is safe to presume that the next competition will be released again sometime in March 2019. - Applications for the CAST competition are constantly open with no deadline for registration. Since the new format was launched in January 2017 there have been new profiles added each year.
