EPSO AD7/293/Competition Law/LOW SCORES!

Dear all,

I just want to share my experience with you and to obtain some advice for a potential complaint.
I am extremely disappointed because, despite my long and rich experience in Competition law, I got a relatively low score in the Talent Screen. To give you some details: I am an experienced Competition Lawyer, with more than 8 years of experience in the application of EU Competition Law in an international law firm. I have two postgraduates in Competition Law (one of them at the College of Europe), published 5 academic articles on the topic in prestigious Competition journals and I am also Visiting Professor (teaching Competition law) in 3 different Universities.
Despite all my experience and education in the field, I did not reach the thresholds for the Talent Screen (got 18 points while the minimum is 22). I am quite surprised and I would like to know how is your experience with the Talent Screen results in this competition. Has been your experience/education well weighted by the EPSO Board? Have been your scores fair?

I am thinking about requesting a review of my Talent Screen results and also appealing the decision of the Board, could you give me some advice on that? Do you have experience in filing a complaint against EPSO results?
Many thanks

I can give you some legal advice because I have a lot of knowledge and experience on this topic. As you are also a colleague lawyer, I will charge you only 99 euros per hour. Deal?

Btw, I haven't figured out yet: are you a Visiting Professor in 2 or 3 different universities? Because in your other deleted post you said that you have taught in 2 of them.
