Hi! I have landed two separate interviews through CAST. Yet, I have not managed to convert them into a contract.

Both interviews are with the same DG I have worked (traineeship).

During the interview it seems that I freeze and struggle quite a lot, even though I have made a comprehensive research and preparation.

Furthermore, the interviews seem very formal. For example, last interview I had, the interviewers just declared that they have five questions on substance. Upon answering the questions, the interview ended. I regard job interviews to be very light-hearted discussions where parties gets to know one another. Should it be the case?

Are there any tools in EU Training to prepare for the interviews? Are there any tips to prepare?
