Hi i would like to buy a package of 100 custom questions. If I decide later to buy another package of 100 questions will be there any chance that this new package contain some question of the previous package ?

Thank you for your question.
Each question in our database has a unique code. When you purchase a set of questions your Practice Centre records that information and when you purchase additional questions it will not allow the same questions to be added to your account.
However, depending on which language you wish to practice in, there may only be a limited number of question in our database for that language.
If you have any concerns regarding the quantity of questions in our database for a particular language please contact our customer support and indicate your username, they will be able to help you with your specific query:
But if we buy a 800 package and there are only 400 in the language we´re interested in, can we get different questions in other languages? I´ve noticed that if you change language, you can get the same question (simply tranlated) and it´s very unfair.

This shouldn't be the case as those questions that have been translated into other languages are all listed on the same id code. If you do experience a duplication please send us an error report or contact our Customer Support team directly and we will investigate.
