I'm wondering if EPSO or the recruiting DGs carry out credit checks and what kind of references are required to get a job?
I live in the UK and large employers here generally ask for address histories to check your credit-worthiness even if you apply for a role which is unrelated to fthe financial sector. Does anyone know if EPSO or DGs use such methods?
Also when I submitted my details through the EPSO website, I gave a detailed work history. Will EPSO ever make contact with those employers or is that left for the DGs to do if/when they decide to interview you?
Any advice or sources of info would be gratly appreciated.
