Hi,
Months after the exam date, EPSO has finally communicated an "indicative" target date for the reserve list!
Can anyone who participated in recent competitions or has knowledge about EPSO processes help with the following:
a) Are the results communicated to all the candidates before the publication of the reserve list?
b) If so, how long before? Days? Weeks?
c) Are the successful candidates notified before the publication of the reserve list?
d) If so, is it part of the result publication or do they receive a personalized message?
e) How long before the publication of the reserve list are they notified?
f) Are all successful candidates contacted weeks prior to the result publication to update/complete documents? In others words, if a candidate has not been approached during the waiting period to provide further docs, does it necessarily mean he/she is unsuccesful?
Thank you!

a)
Once the Selection Board has concluded on the final results and has drawn the list of successful candidates, prior to any communication, the reserve list must first be signed by the EPSO Director.
b)
When the list has been signed (point a) all candidates will be informed of the final results. In the meantime, the list of successful candidates will be communicated to the institutions (in principle, a matter of days / 1 week).
c)
The publication of the list on EPSO’s website is not crucial regarding its operational exploitability (publication amatter of a few weeks). Indeed, all candidates are informed via their EPSO account of their final results before the publication of the list on the website.
d)
EPSO could decide to send you a notification via mail that you have a new message in your EPSO account, but I strongly advise you very frequently consult your account as imposed by the provision laid down in the General Rules.

The Selection Board is entitled to ask for additional information throughout the entire selection process. Based on the competition notice, this could mean:
The board didn’t send out any requests;
The board only asked a certain number of candidates for additional information;
The board asked all successful candidates for additional information. If a candidate can’t submit the required evidence, he/she will then not be placed on the reserve list.
I trust the above has given you insight into the final stage of the competition.
