Hello, it's not clear to me whether we need to upload the language certificates by April 10 in order to prove we meet the minimum required level for L2 and L3. This being a competition for translators, aren't successful candidates clearly good enough with languages?

Candidates for EPSO’s
Candidates for EPSO’s competition for translators are not required to have language-related degrees or diplomas to be eligible for this competition. Candidates’ knowledge of languages will be evaluated through the relevant tests, in line with the information in the notice of competition.
