E-tray scores.

Dear peers,

I have been practising for a while on the Arboreus E-tray exercises with 21 questions and I found them really difficult. I use to take around 70 minutes (max. allotted 50 m.) and never get more than 65%. Last year (my first attempt) I failed this exam with 24,90/ 40,00, pass mark 26,58. This year, in the lucky and unlikely case that I passed the CBT (my impression was bad), I am afraid I will fail again.

I jus wanted to know, how good are being your results so far...? Do you encounter the same problems as me..??

It's a really tough test, for

It's a really tough test, for sure. You're not the only one.

Last year I failed with some 26,09 points (pass mark, as you said, 26,58).

Now I am re-doing a EU Training e-tray exercise per week (18 questions) and my aim is reaching more than 66%, which sometimes I get and sometimes don't.  This evening I got 70% and am quite happy, but it is always quite hard.

Hallo,

it is my first time when I am invited to the assessment centre and I am trying to practice the e-tray - I am desperate I cannot find the logic. Should I read any further information regarding the question?

Hello,

I find it super difficult from a time management perspective. We have 50 minutes for the AD test and when I attempt to do it in practice mode (so I get more out of the exam), I end up needing at least double the time to finish, sometimes even more. That is without reading all the emails but simply understanding the questions and responses. Not sure if I am thinking too much about the different options or if I am a super slow reader, or my brain is not working properly at the end of the day but I can assure you that I did my schooling in English and it is not the English. I think the questions that EU Training devised may be a little denser or filled with more content to raise the level. For anyone who has taken the real e-tray, could you please let us know if the questions and responses are as dense as the simulations here? Also, does anyone know for this year's e-tray whether the questions will be all mixed up or in chronological order? Will the sender's name be displayed on the mail list to the left or would we just see the email title? Are they planning to change the format slightly from previous years? I am still unclear on the format. I even heard that some people, who sat the Audit AD competition a few years ago, got AST type of e-tray questions or rather, their entire test was about conference organizing and event planning. Would this be the case this year? Is there any chance of getting AST-type of e-tray and are we practicing the real type of test format? So many questions, so little time...

Thank you in advance to all those more experienced who can share some insight.

Good luck everyone!!
