Dear EU training,

I encoutered myself yesterday with a small issue and it happened to me again today. I requested initially a practice test with 10 questions of verbal reasoning (from my 100 allownace) and when I asked for my next 10 questions (going my allowance down from 90 to 80) I got the exact same questions as in my initial test. Today it happened with the Abstract reasoning, it was the third time I was requesting a practice test with 10 questions and I got the same set of questions as my first test, and I do not understand why. My balance went down as well from 80 to 70. I though we had an alowance of  100 different questions. could you please contact me to see if there is any explanation for this and if you caoul support me. Thanks a lot
