I will soon sit in MCQ tests for specialist competition in research.
I would like to ask if you know, from your experience or past competitions, what should be the minimum score (not the pass mark) to go to the next selection phase.

I'm sorry, but it is really not possible to predict the minimum score. The results depend on many factors, including the number of applicants and their performance.
Always aim the achive the highest possible score, that's the only advice I can give you. :)
